Feminine Mastery Club LLC ("Feminine Mastery Club," "FMC," "we," "us," or "our") uses artificial intelligence in parts of our Services, including our quiz and our AI-guided mentors (for example, Grace, Venus, and Harmony). This AI Policy explains how those features work and how to use them responsibly. It is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions.

 

1. You are interacting with AI, not a human

Our AI mentors are hosted on OpenAI's ChatGPT platform, and our quiz results are generated with AI. The mentors are not human, and they are not licensed professionals of any kind — not therapists, counselors, doctors, financial advisors, tax advisors, or attorneys. Interacting with them does not create any professional or advisory relationship.

 

2. What the AI features do

  • The quiz uses automated and AI-assisted processing (including Anthropic's Claude models) to generate your quiz results, including a recognized archetype and pillar-related scores, to tailor your experience and recommendations.

  • The AI mentors are hosted on OpenAI's ChatGPT platform and generate conversational responses to help you reflect on and apply the educational concepts in our programs.

3. AI can be wrong

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or fabricated ("hallucinated"). Responses are generated automatically and are not individually reviewed by a person before you see them. We do not warrant and are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any AI output, and AI outputs are not professional advice of any kind. Do not rely on AI outputs as fact. Always verify important information independently and consult a qualified, licensed professional before making medical, mental-health, financial, tax, legal, or relationship decisions.

 

4. Not a substitute for professional care

AI guidance is general and educational. It is not a substitute for licensed care. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental-health or medical emergency, contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services immediately — do not rely on an AI mentor.

 

5. Please do not enter sensitive information

To protect your privacy, do not enter sensitive personal information into the quiz or AI mentors, including:

  • Financial account numbers, card numbers, or passwords.

  • Government identifiers (such as Social Security or passport numbers).

  • Detailed health, medical, or diagnostic information.

  • Any other information you would not want processed by third parties.

We do not need this information to help you.

 

6. Third-party AI providers; hosting on ChatGPT; no control over models

Our AI features rely on third-party AI providers. It is important that you understand how this works:

OpenAI / ChatGPT — hosts our AI mentors. Our AI mentors are provided through and hosted on OpenAI's ChatGPT platform. When you access or interact with an AI mentor, you are using a third-party platform operated by OpenAI, not a system we host ourselves. Anything you type into a mentor is transmitted to, processed by, and may be stored by OpenAI. Your interaction with the mentors is therefore also governed by OpenAI's own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, in addition to ours, and we encourage you to review OpenAI's policies before using the mentors.

Anthropic (Claude) — powers AI-assisted quiz and content generation. We also use Anthropic's Claude models as a third-party AI provider to generate and personalize your quiz results and related AI-assisted content. Inputs used for these features may be transmitted to and processed by Anthropic under its own terms and privacy practices.

 

For both providers, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • we do not own, control, operate, or guarantee the ChatGPT platform, the Claude models, or the underlying AI models — their behavior, outputs, availability, security, and data practices are determined by OpenAI and Anthropic and are outside our control;

  • by using these features, you consent to your inputs being transmitted to and processed by these third-party providers;

  • we are not responsible or liable for the accuracy, reliability, availability, security, or data handling of these third-party platforms or their outputs, and responsibility for the underlying models and platforms rests with OpenAI and Anthropic respectively, to the fullest extent permitted by law; and

  • we may add, remove, or change AI providers at any time.

Because your mentor interactions take place on a third-party platform, this is a further reason not to enter sensitive personal information (see Section 5). See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

 

7. How AI outputs are used

AI-generated profile fields and results are used to personalize your experience and our communications with you. They are not used to make legal or similarly significant automated decisions about you (such as credit, employment, or eligibility determinations).

 

8. Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use AI outputs and for any decisions or actions you take based on them. You agree to use the AI features lawfully and not to: generate harmful, infringing, or unlawful content; attempt to extract, reconstruct, or reverse engineer our prompts, systems, or the underlying models; use the inputs or outputs to train, fine-tune, or develop any machine-learning model; or use the features to build or operate a competing or substantially similar product or service.

 

9. Changes

We may update our AI features and this AI Policy over time. We will post the revised version with a new date, and material changes will be communicated where required.
