Feminine Mastery Club LLC ("Feminine Mastery Club," "FMC," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our websites, take our quiz, purchase or use our courses and programs, and interact with our AI-guided mentors, and how we use, share, and protect that information.

By using our sites, quiz, courses, or AI mentors, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do NOT use them.

 

1. Who we are and how to reach us

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

  • Contact details such as your name and email address.

  • Quiz and funnel data — the responses, selections, and preferences you submit through our quizzes, assessments, and funnels.

  • Purchase and account information you provide at checkout or when accessing a course.

  • Messages, questions, and any content you type into our AI mentors or send to us.

Information generated about you

  • Quiz results. When you complete our quiz, we generate quiz results — including a recognized scores relating to our three pillars (elegance, love, finance) — using automated and AI-assisted processing. These results are stored on your marketing profile so we can tailor our communications and recommendations.

  • Purchase history.

We do not track your progress through our downloadable products.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring links, and general location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from third parties

  • Our email, checkout, hosting, and course platforms may share limited data with us to deliver and measure our services (see Section 5).

 

3. Sensitive information — please do not submit it

Our courses and AI mentors are for general educational purposes. Do NOT enter sensitive personal information — such as financial account numbers, passwords, government identifiers, or detailed health or medical information — into the quiz, the AI mentors, or any free-text field. We do not need this information, and content you type into AI mentors may be processed by third-party AI providers (see Sections 5 and our AI Policy).

 

4. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Deliver the quiz, generate your personalized results, and provide our courses, community, and AI mentors.

  • Send you the emails you signed up for, including your results and related nurture and educational sequences.

  • Personalize content and recommend relevant programs.

  • Process purchases and provide customer support.

  • Operate, secure, analyze, and improve our sites and services.

  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

Marketing emails. We send marketing and educational emails based on your consent or our legitimate interest. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email; transactional messages (such as purchase receipts and account notices) may still be sent.

 

5. Service providers we share information with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with vendors who help us operate, under contracts limiting their use of it. These currently include:

  • Klaviyo 

  • Netlify 

  • Wix 

  • OpenAI — operates the ChatGPT platform that hosts our AI mentors. When you interact with an AI mentor, your inputs are transmitted to, processed by, and may be stored by OpenAI, and that interaction is also governed by OpenAI's own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We do not control OpenAI's platform or models.

  • Anthropic — provides the Claude AI models we use for AI-assisted generation of quiz results and related content. Inputs used for these features may be transmitted to and processed by Anthropic under its terms. We do not control Anthropic's models.

  • Analytics, security, and payment providers as needed.

 

We may also disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights and users' safety, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition).

Affiliate and referral tracking. If you reach us through an affiliate or referral link, we and our affiliate-tracking provider may record that referral (for example, through a cookie or tracking link) so that we can attribute the referral and, where applicable, compensate the referring partner. This does not give the affiliate access to your personal information beyond what is needed for attribution.

 

6. Cookies and tracking

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to run our sites, remember preferences, measure performance, and support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect site functionality. If required in your region, we present a cookie banner and honor your choices.

EU/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR). Where these laws apply, our legal bases for processing are your consent, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, and legal obligations. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To make any request, email femininemasteryclub@gmail.com. We will verify your identity before responding and reply within the timeframes required by law.

 

8. Automated processing

Some of your quiz results and profile fields are generated using automated and AI-assisted processing to personalize your experience. These outputs are for educational and marketing personalization only and are not used to make legal or similarly significant decisions about you. See our AI Policy for details.

 

9. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

 

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

11. International transfers

We operate in the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

 

12. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact femininemasteryclub@gmail.com and we will delete it.

 

13. Third-party links

Our sites may link to third-party sites and platforms we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

 

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date, and material changes will be communicated where required.
